Injured female jogger airlifted to hospital
A female jogger was airlifted to hospital after she was in collision with a car. The woman was running along Budnic Hill, Perranporth, at around 9am yesterday when she collided with a blue Fiat Panda. A Sea King helicopter from RNAS Culdrose was called in and she was airlifted to Plymouth's Derriford Hospital. Police later reported that she did not suffer life threatening injuries as a result. The driver of the Fiat, a 57-year-old woman from Perranporth, was not injured in the collision.
