Jason Bourne is banned from driving for three years by Exeter magistrates
Jason Bourne, 23, of Joslin Road, Honiton, has been banned from driving for three years after he pleaded guilty to driving in the East Devon town on November 10 last year when the proportion of alcohol in his breath was 72mcg in 100ml, exceeding the legal limit.
He was fined £110 with a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was not offered the driver rehabilitation course as it had been undertaken on a previous occasion.
A related charge that he took a car without lawful authority and drove it through a garden fence and patio furniture was dismissed as no evidence was offered.
