Jordan Charran nets hat-trick as Witheridge romp to win at Penzance
WITHERIDGE bounced back from last week's heavy defeats by scoring six goals themselves.
Jordan Charran struck his third hat-trick of the season in a 6-0 victory at Penzance in the Carlsberg South West Peninsula League premier division.
It topped the 6-1 triumph over Bovey Tracey in December as Witheridge's biggest win of the season.
And it banished the memory of the previous Saturday's 5-0 league defeat at Plymouth Parkway and last Tuesday's 7-2 humbling by Plymouth Argyle in the Devon St Luke's Cup.

Charran volleyed in Aidan Way's cross to open the scoring after ten minutes.
Toby Nicholson, Richard Groom and Dave Rowe all went close before Nicholson doubled the lead shortly before half time.
Penzance, the division's bottom side, were grateful to their keeper for limiting the damage until Charran netted from close range.
Three goals in three minutes then wrapped up the win, with Steve Ebdy, on as a substitute, scoring two and Charran taking his tally for the season to 24.
Witheridge have a chance to break into the top six on Saturday when they visit Launceston.
