Plymouth teenager Jordan Cobb's funeral will be held on Thursday

THE FUNERAL of teenager Jordan Cobb, pictured above, will take place on Thursday.

The service will be held at The Minster Church of St Andrew in Plymouth city centre at 12.30pm.

Jordan, aged 16, vanished after jumping from a ferry travelling from Devonport to Torpoint on New Year's Eve.

After a huge search operation involving emergency services and Jordan's friends his body was recovered on January 16.

An inquest has been opened and adjourned.

The funeral announcement is made in today's Herald by Jordan's family who invite flowers or donations in aid of the RNLI which was among the search party.
