20mph speed sign knocked down in Budleigh Salterton
A road in Budleigh Salteron was partially blocked after a car crashed into a road sign.
Police say the red VW Polo collided with the 20mph speed sign in the middle of Coastguard Road in Budleigh Salterton, on the B3178.

The crash occurred at 11:37am and an ambulance crew called for police to attend the scene.
The car had extensive front end damage following the crash.

Police say the male driver, from Exeter, may have suffered a medical episode before mounting the kerb and colliding with the sign.
His injuries are not thought to be life threatening but he was taken to The Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital by ambulance as a precaution.
The road was clear by 1:30pm.
