THE city's social housing landlord has celebrated three years in business.

Plymouth Community Homes took control of Plymouth City Council's housing stock following a vote by tenants in 2009.

The not-for-profit company says it has completed 104 of the 125 promises it made for its first five years ahead of the transfer.

That includes giving residents everything from new kitchens and bathrooms to whole new homes.
