Langtree fire casualty airlifted to hospital with facial burns
A person who tried to light a bonfire with petrol near Torrington was taken to hospital last night with facial burns.
The Sea King helicopter from RMB Chivenor was called to Langtree at 6.40pm and took the casualty to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth.
The search and rescue crew from Chivenor was also scrambled to Croyde to a 70-year-old man who had a heart attack at 8.15pm.
Crews took the man to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.
