Law firm will advise on harbour scheme
Law firm Foot Anstey has been appointed to provide advice to Sutton Harbour Holdings on its masterplan to transform Sutton Harbour in Plymouth into a national destination. The £75 million plan will see new restaurants, cafés, shops, offices and apartments and will transform underused sites around the harbour. Foot Anstey is working on outline planning application for the scheme. Managing partner John Westwell said: "Foot Anstey is really excited to be so closely involved in a project that will have such a dramatic impact on Plymouth."
