On finals day, Ley saw her U14 final end in defeat 6-4, 6-4 to Ellie Knox, the number one seed from Kent.
But Rebecca did defeat Lara Graney 6-3, 7-6 in the U18s and then added the U16 title with a comprehensive win over India Rojano from Cornwall 6-2, 6-1.
Ley's coach Steve Maslen paid tribute to her week's work.
"The quality and consistency of Becky's play during the week was outstanding. She did not drop more than five games to any opponent in getting to her three finals," Maslen said.
"To play three finals in a day is mentally and physically demanding so to go on and win two titles after losing the first one was a tremendous performance."
