HAVING been completely rebuilt and refurbished only 12 months ago, Pasta Porto Express in Exeter's Sidwell Street, Exeter has been sold by licensed and leisure property specialists Stonesmith of Exeter.

The new owner is Liam Lewis who has renamed the restaurant Waikiki and it will be a surf style and South Sea island-themed fast food restaurant and takeaway with internal and external seating areas. Liam's aim is to produce healthy, tasty and wholesome food and drinks that are freshly made to order and with a fast service.

Waikiki will also open seven days a week from early morning to early evening. A leasehold business, Stonesmith were looking for offers off a guide price of £50,000.
