A HORSE-DRAWN carriage was the mode of transport for a Plymouth pair at their wedding.

Lisa Marie Worth and Lee Alderton were joined together in matrimony at a ceremony held at Plymouth Register Office.

Saturday, July 21, was the date set for the wedding of the couple, who met in a pub eight years ago.

The proposal of marriage by the groom followed a few years later, on Christmas Day 2005.
