A TEENAGE boy was punched on the arm by a man on a bus, say police.

The 13-year-old schoolboy was on the 5a bus travelling home from Plymstock to Plymouth and was at the Cattedown roundabout at around 3pm on November 5 when he was assaulted following an altercation.

The suspect was described as a white man, in his early 60s with grey hair with a bald patch. He had a couple of teeth missing and spoke with slurred speech. He wore large round glasses which were straight on the top and wore navy overcoat. Call police on 101 quoting EK/12/954.

“With that description the police in Plymouth have narrowed their search down to 75% of the male population of Cattedown.”
