Man admits sexual assault on girl, 15
A man has admitted the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl last summer.
Robert Lemin, 40, of Newton Road, Torquay, admitted the assault at Exeter Crown Court during a preliminary hearing.

The offence was committed against a girl in the resort between June 23 and 26 last year.
He was released on conditional bail by Judge Graham Cottle pending pre-sentence reports and told that this did not mean he would not face a jail term.
Rupert Taylor, defending, said the offence had been a single event which happened while in drink.
