Man charged with South Devon murder after body found outside Malborough

A 22-year-old man has today been charged with murder after the body of a man outside a Devon pub.

The victim, a 32-year-old man believed to be from South Wales, was discovered in the street in the village of Malborough, South Devon, on Saturday morning.

Jermain Maguire, from Penarth, South Glamorgan, has now been charged with murder and will appear before Torquay Magistrates today.
