Man charged with making nuisance 999 calls outside Plymouth's Cuba nightclub
A Plymouth man is due to appear before Magistrates in the city this morning charged with making nuisance telephone calls.
Steven Chown, aged 52, was arrested after nine telephone calls were made to the police via the 999 system between 10.50pm on Tuesday 19 and 12.45am on Wednesday, February 20 reporting various crimes.

Officers attended and arrested the suspect near to the Cuba nightclub.
He was interviewed before being charged and kept in custody overnight.
