Man charged with murder of young graduate
A man appeared in court yesterday charged with the murder of a young graduate whose body was found inside a burning car.
Tadevsz Dmytryszyn, 38, is charged with the murder of Catherine Wells-Burr, 23, whose remains were discovered beside the A358 near Ilminster, Somerset, in September. The Polish national spoke only to confirm his name and address during a hearing at Bristol Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Dmytryszyn, of Holway Avenue, Taunton, spoke through an interpreter in the dock.
He was charged with murdering Miss Wells-Burr, together with her boyfriend Rafal Novak and Novak's ex-girlfriend Anna Julia Lagwinowicz, at Ashill, Somerset, between September 9 and September 13 this year.

Catherine died an "unnatural death" before her body was found burned in her red Ford Focus car at 6.10am on September 12.
No application for bail was made and Dymtryszyn was remanded in custody to appear at Bristol Crown Court on November 29.
Novak, 31, and Lagwinowicz, 32, are also charged with conspiracy to murder in October.
