Man denies order breach
A 43-YEAR-OLD appeared at North Devon Magistrates' Court accused of breaching a restraining order by leaving a missed call on his ex-partner's mobile phone.
Christian Calvert, of 1 Poltimore Road, South Molton, appeared before magistrates on Friday and pleaded not guilty to breaching his order.
The court was told the restraining order had been enforced in November 2010.
The case was adjourned for a trial which will take place on February 5.
