Man dies after falling from Dartmoor beauty spot
A man in his sixties has died after falling from Haytor Rocks on Dartmoor.
Police were called to the scene, on the eastern edge of the moors near Ilsington, shortly after 10am on Saturday after reports of a man described as being "in a distressed state" on top of the granite tor.

Officers tried to engage with him but he fell and died.
A police spokesman said: "Police officers attempted to communicate with the male but he fell from the rocks and was pronounced dead at the scene.
"The male's body was conveyed by the police helicopter to Torbay Hospital.
"The male is a local man in his sixties."
They said the death is not being treated as suspicious.
Haytor is a popular tourist attraction, with thousands of walkers and coach parties visiting the spot each week.
