Man held in Exeter on suspicion of postman's murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after handing himself in to police in Exeter.
The unnamed man was arrested as part of the investigation into the death of postman Stephen Andrews, who died of a head injury on Sunday, December 9, following an assault outside a pub in the Putney area of London.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said yesterday that "a man has this afternoon been arrested on suspicion of murder after attending Exeter police station.
The 28-year-old remains in custody at this stage." No further details were available last night.
