Man punched and bottled in Plymouth street
A man was attacked with a bottle outside a Plymouth restaurant in an unprovoked attack, say police.
The victim, a 23-year-old from Southway, was walking in Notte Street around 3.20am on Sunday when he was approached by an unknown man and woman outside The Barbican Steakhouse.

He was then punched once in the face and hit over the back of the head with a glass bottle. It is thought that the woman may have been the main assailant.
The victim required hospital treatment for a cut above his eye and to the back of his head.

Police are now seeking the man and woman and appealing for information from anyone who may have witnessed the assault.
The woman is described as white, aged around 20, approximately 5ft 4inches. She was of average build and had shoulder length straight blond hair.
The man is also around 20-years-old, approximately 5ft 10ins tall, of slim build and had brown hair which was long around his face.
