Man remanded on robbery charge
A man accused of a robbery at a petrol station has been remanded in custody.
Jamie Latta, 27, of no fixed address, faced North Devon Magistrates charged with the £60 robbery at Knowle Service Station in Braunton on November 10.
The case will return to Exeter Crown Court on December 4.
Latta elected to go to crown court for trial on two other charges of breaching a non-molestation order and stealing items, including jewellery, worth a total of £1,605 and this case will be heard at Exeter on December 13.
