Man on sex rap
A MAN has been remanded on bail until February after appearing in court on a sexual assault charge.
Richard Fleming, 45, who lives in Bampton Street, Tiverton is facing a charge of sexually assaulting a woman at an address in Belmont Road, Tiverton.
He appeared at Exeter Magistrates Court on December 11. No plea was entered.
