Matt Hockley scores twice as Bideford beat Bedworth United
MATT HOCKLEY scored twice as Bideford beat Bedworth United 3-0 in the Evo-Stik League Southern last night.
The midfielder put the Robins ahead after 25 minutes and rounded off a convincing win with a penalty ten minutes from time.

Matt Andrew got the other goal midway through the second half, ending the resistance shown by a depleted visiting team.
Aside from a brief spell after half time, Bideford dominated possession and should have scored more goals.

Richard Groves had a penalty saved by Andrew Kemp when it was still goalless and the Bedworth goalkeeper made excellent saves to deny Kevin Squire and Sean Downing.
The win took Biddy ten points clear of the relegation zone in the premier division while Bedworth remain third from bottom.
Ilfracombe Town had to settle for a goalless draw against Willand Rovers in the Toolstation Western League.
Craig Allan, the Combe defender, went closest to breaking the deadlock when he headed over.
Ilfracombe are tenth in the premier division ahead of the home game against third-placed Cadbury Heath on Saturday.
