Men urged to join Round Table
ROUND TABLE social groups in Plymouth and Saltash have launched a recruitment drive to give men "a new way to spend their evenings" as summer draws to a close.
The all-male clubs focus on anything from "beer and banter" to speech-writing and throwing community events.
Jason Thomson, from Round Table, said autumn was the perfect time to sign up.
He said: "With children back at school and adults returning to work after holidays, men look for new social activities as the dark evenings scupper any outdoor after-work plans."
