Miss Plymouth becomes Miss Devon with the aim of being Miss England
REIGNING Miss Plymouth Leanne Ward has added another title to her name – that of Miss Devon.
The 22-year-old will now bid to succeed fellow city stunner Charlotte Holmes as the next Miss England, to be held in Torbay later this year.
"It's a bit of a shock, but it's absolutely brilliant," Leanne said. "Hopefully I'll now do well on home turf."
