Angela Vane will appear before Torquay Magistrates tomorrow.
-

Vane was arrested at around 8am yesterday following a report to officers.
A two-year-old boy's body had been found in Champernowne, in Modbury, say police.
Neighbours in the quiet residential street told The Herald of their shock as officers cordoned off a property.
Floral tributes to the youngster have been left at the scene.
The Plymouth Major Crime Investigation Unit is heading the police inquiry.
Scenes of Crime officers were at the address – in a quiet residential street – early on Saturday morning.
It is thought a member of the public reported finding the body.
Several police officers remained at the scene into Saturday evening.
They carried out door-to-door inquiries among residents in the area.
It is understood relatives of the child have been informed about his death.
His body was taken to Derriford Hospital and a post-mortem examination is expected to be carried out in the coming days.
A Home Office pathologist or specialist paediatric pathologist will carry out the examination.
