NEW CITY CENTRE OFFICE FOR EXPANDING PLYMOUTH ESTATE AGENCY

Local estate agency, Maitlands, is gearing up for the opening of its brand new office in the heart of the city on Monday September 17th.

Situated in Studio 5-11 on Millbay Road, the new city centre office will see three of the company's specialist teams come together under one roof. Alongside the established service areas – Residential Lettings, Commercial Property and Fine and Country who specialise in the sale of exclusive and waterside homes - Maitlands will also launch a new addition to their portfolio in the form of Maitlands City.

Specialising in selling homes within the city, Maitlands City will offer a dedicated service to those looking to move home in Plymouth. Despite previously not having an office within the city, Maitlands have an established reputation of selling homes within Plymouth.

Andrew Blacklock, Managing Director at Maitlands, explained the decision behind the new office: "Our new office at Studio 5-11 creates an exciting opportunity to offer all of the Maitlands service areas under one roof.
