Nature and gold leaf inspire artist
FINE artist Cristina Ulander is exhibiting in Sidmouth this month.
The exhibition, showcasing the artist's latest work in which the natural environment is a strong theme, will be at Kennaway House, from Saturday, October 6, until Sunday, October 14, between 10am and 4.30pm.

With a background in textile design and animation, Sidmouth artist Cristina has predominantly been working from her studio near Honiton over the past decade.
"Immense landscapes that take your breath away are the things that inspire me," she said. "Nature is beautiful and strange at the same time. My latest project has been experimenting with gold leaf, trying to find a new way of using it."
