Neon Roberts spends Christmas away from mother
A seven-year-old boy who disappeared from Devon during a legal dispute over cancer treatment spent Christmas away from his mother after a family rift, it is claimed.
Neon Roberts spent Christmas Day with father Ben Roberts following the bitter family row caused by mother Sally's battle to stop him receiving radiotherapy.

Ms Roberts's unsuccessful eight-week legal bid had put her in conflict with her estranged husband, who is said to have told her that she would not be welcome at the family gathering.
It is the first time Sally has been parted from Neon and his twin sister Electra at Christmas, according to her brother Tony Leese, who described the split as "a shame".

Ms Roberts is opposed to further treatment for her son, who has recently had surgery for a brain tumour.
Her husband is said to have initially supported her decision to seek alternative treatment for Neon, but signed a consent for normal medical treatment when he realised time was running out.
Police launched a nationwide hunt for Neon after he left his home in Tiverton.
The youngster is due to start radiotherapy treatment for his tumour on January 10.

“In my (not so) humble opinion, I think you should leave this family in peace.”
