The second floor has been let to the Eddystone Trust, a local charity which is relocating from The Barbican.
The space was let off an asking rent of £8,500 pax for the third floor and £11,000 for the second floor.
Byron Hammond, at Stratton Creber Commercial, said: "These lettings represent the continued demand for well-located office space in the city centre."
