Nuisance Plymouth neighbour grandma Debbie Hill banned from Flora Close home
The grandmother, a former heroin addict, was temporarily thrown out of the property in October last year.
But yesterday 52-year-old Hill was served with an eviction order granted in the County Court.

PC Dave Godfrey said: "This is brilliant news for the residents of Flora Close. They are over the moon.
"Some of them gave anonymous statements and without them we wouldn't have got this result today."
Neighbours complaining of noisy, violent visitors and Hill's threatening and abusive behaviour.
One person said as many as 50 or 60 people would visit the ground-floor flat in a day.
Hill now claims to be 'sofa surfing' and in financial dire straits.
She will be escorted back to the Stonehouse property to collect the rest of her belongings before being banned for good.
At an earlier court hearing which came after Hill was banned from the flat, a statement from a neighbour said: "The trouble has completely stopped.
"There has been no violence, no arguments.
"There is no fear of going out and I can let the children play outside.
"It is lovely."

“Looks like she should be banned from the pie shop as well, it would at least give others a chance for something to eat. On the other hand, keep feeding her and she won't be able to leave and will never make a racket as she is shoving another load down her chops”

“I sure the majority of people have realised the Heralds mistake, as she's appears in the paper so often.
She lived in Flora Court, Not Flora Close.”

“Totally agree with thecockinn, just like to add, quote "Hill now claims to be 'sofa surfing' and in financial dire straits" BOOHOO, i bet she rakes in more in benefits than your average worker in this city takes home each week and that's without her drug dealing money.”

“If the stories are correct and she/it has been causing so much trouble and breaking so many laws, drug dealing, violent/threatening/abusive behaviour, noise pollution, impersonating a bulldog chewing a wasp and whatever else why was the problem only dealt with by the council ? what have the police been doing ? not much by all accounts, she should have been arrested, charged and sent to prison a long time ago thus ending the nightmare for the poor neighbours. Where is she/it going to turn up next ? whose lives are about to be ruined now ? NOT EXCEPTABLE. For God's sake don't print that picture again it's almost tea-time !!”

“Yeah this women is a nightmare, she even looked after 2 thugs who beat a girl up after sharing a taxi with her (wonder if the police who were looking for them, knew this). Her daughters aint much better to be honest, you defo know them if you saw them, cause they look like their fathers were oranges (love the sunbeds a bit too much)”

“@ BrixhamDes
So far it is certainly not known who her replacement will be, it is far too early to know this information. The residents have suffered enough and do not need bogus information being written here!”

“This is just moving the problem elsewhere so another set of residents can have their lives made hell. Why not put her in prison for a while it might do her good and it will certainly help the neighbours?”

“I don't want to rain on your Parade, but, I've heard that the new resident they are intending to replace her with has major anti-social issues too! But then that wont bother you, because your used to it?”
