Park House Care Home goes from strength to strength
THE owner of a long-established Torquay care home says renovation work on the front of the building will make care for its elderly residents even better.
Diane Bennett, who owns Park House in St Marychurch, says the business has gone from strength to strength in the last 12 months.
She has run the care home with husband Chris for 27 years and says the level of care for its elderly residents has always been a priority.
Work on the porch of the house will provide the final piece of infrastructure improvements to complement the range of services already provided.

Park House, which is within walking distance of Cary Park, shops and banks, offers 24-hour service to residents.
A story in last week's Herald Express, based on information supplied to us, reported that Park House was no longer operating.
Diane emphasised: "Park House in Manor Road is still very much operational.
"Unfortunately due to incorrect information people were given the wrong idea that we had closed."
We are happy to set the record straight and apologise for any confusion.
