Paul Tisdale frustrated by players' lack of belief at home
EXETER City manager Paul Tisdale called on his players to show more bravery and confidence at home after watching his side surrender a two-goal lead against Barnet.
The St James's Park boss said he was frustrated at the final whistle after watching Andy Iro swivel and fire home a 97th-minute equaliser to grab what was an unlikely point for Barnet.

The Grecians had been much the better side for the opening hour of the match.
Tisdale had dropped leading scorer Jamie Cureton for the match as he looked to set his team up in a formation where they could press and hustle the opposition when they had the ball.

And it was a formula that worked as Jimmy Keohane, Matt Oakley and Alan Gow all went close to scoring before Danny Coles rose to head a 34th-minute goal past Graham Stack from an Gow corner. Keohane then flashed another effort just wide, before a corner in frist-half stoppage time saw Scot Bennett fire home after Coles' header had been blocked.
However, after losing Liam Sercombe to an ankle injury midway through the second half and seeing substitute Jon Nurse pull a goal back, City began to sit off their opponents and defend deeper.
They paid the price deep into stoppage time as Iro turned and fired home Nurse's cross into the box.
"It sums up where we are at home at the minute," said a frustrated Tisdale. "We were getting deeper in the second half and it is hard to affect that.
"The players have to be brave and they have to get closer to the ball, but it is not easy to do it sometimes."
Tisdale added that there were lots of positives to take from the first half display.
"We could have scored four or five." he said. "We were terrific in the first half, we had a lot of energy, they did everything I asked them to do and 2-0 probably did us a disservice.
"I don't think we have seen a better display this season, than we saw in the first 45 minutes.
"It was hard to pick out a poor performance.
"The first hour was about a group of people thinking the same thing and playing in the same way, and the last half hour had to be the same.
"It is about how you think and how you play together as a group. It is not about individual performances.
"The group maybe lost its energy. Lost its confidence and positivity."
