Penzance and Ivybridge bid to register first points of season
Something will have to give at Penlee Park today when the two sides that have yet to take their first Carlsberg South West Peninsula League Premier Division points of the season do battle.
Penzance, who host Ivybridge Town, have done well to put 11 players on the pitch each match this season which has resulted in them losing all four games, conceding a massive 32 goals in the process.

But they have at last secured a manager with former Porthleven boss John Dent, who only resigned his position at Gala Parc late last week, taking over at the helm of the Magpies.
Whether Dent has had time to bring in the players necessary to prevent the Bridgers ending a run of three consecutive defeats remains to be seen.

Ivybridge Town joint manager Graeme Kirkup will not be taking anything for granted as he is aware that his side has only scored twice in those three defeats.
