    “More insultingly patronising 'advice' from City College. In reality, this is just a free advert aimed at drumming up customers.

    Yet another example of the Herald pursuing its parent company's right-wing agenda of suggesting that unemployment is simply the fault of the unemployed themselves. How about an honest look into Plymouth's festering economy and what might be done to revitalise it, instead of the same old diet of self-glorifying publicity stunts and Tory propaganda?”
