Plymouth man, 25, denies assault
A 25-YEAR-OLD has appeared in court accused of attacking and seriously injuring a man.
Peter Milton faced a judge at Plymouth Crown Court to plead not guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm.
He allegedly attacked Alastair Carter in the city on July 17.
Judge Paul Darlow set down a trial set to take one to two days on February 19, 2014.

Milton, of Copleston Road, Derriford, was released on unconditional bail.
