Dunk allegedly caused the death of 84-year-old Charles Rennie by driving a Honda Jazz dangerously in Pixon Lane. Mr Rennie, from Gunnislake, was pronounced dead at Derriford Hospital later that afternoon.

Bespectacled Dunk, of Milton Crescent, Tavistock, has not yet entered a plea. But a date has been pencilled in for a trial on May 6 next year.
