Plymouth sports club to offer free fun at weekend open day
A LOCAL sports club is opening its doors to city people this weekend.
Plymouth Marjon Sports Club is holding its fourth open day on Sunday.

The event will include sessions such as mighty minis, sport for children aged between two and eight years old, climbing wall taster sessions and discounted family swimming. There will also be trampolining, hockey, racket sports, basketball, netball, football, volleyball, lacrosse, rugby and cricket.
Two new clubs will be also be launched on the day – Plymouth Marjon Cricket Club and Plymouth Marjon Lacrosse Club.

The aim of the day is to encourage families to enjoy sport together. All activities except for swimming are free and no booking is required – but people are advised to turn up early due to limited availability on some sports.
