Former Plymouth vicar's wife Gayna Cooper takes up comedy
A FUNNY thing happened on the way to the church – vicar's wife Gayna Cooper has turned to stand-up.
She returns to her former home city – her husband used to be the curate at St Jude's, Beaumont Road – for a comedy gig on September 27.
Gayna has won trophies for her inspirational speaking and has always scored especially highly for her humorous talks.
Last year she completed a stand-up comedy course.

That culminated in several gigs at the Chingford Festival, which were extremely well received and inspired her to perform a series of live shows around the country.
