Plymouth woman faces drugs trial
A WOMAN has denied supplying heroin and allowing her home to be used for drug dealing.
Tara Nisbet, aged 33, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court after she was allegedly caught with drugs worth £17,000 at her Millbay home.
She is charged with possessing 140 grams of heroin with intent to supply on December 30 2011. Nisbet pleaded not guilty to that offence. She is also accused of allowing her home in Brittany Street to be used for the supply of Class A drugs. Nisbet also denies that matter.
Judge Graham Cottle set a trial date for May 28. Nisbet was released on bail.
