Police helicopter locates Exeter glass attack suspects
At about 4:10am on Sunday 7th October 2012 the Devon & Cornwall Police helicopter was deployed to a report of an assault in Exeter involving a person being slashed with a piece of glass.
The aircraft, which was airborne over Exeter on another task, was quickly on the scene and located three persons answering the description of the alleged offenders. The helicopter crew followed the suspects and directed ground officers to their location.

Three youths are now assisting police with their enquiries into the offence.
