Police searching for man with tribal tattoo who broke terms of prison licence

Police in Devon and Cornwall are seeking a 28-year-old man who is wanted on recall to prison.

Barry Baum, also known as Barry Hambly, is believed to be in the Plymouth area.

He previously resided in Plymouth and was released from HMP Exeter on April 13 but has failed to comply with the conditions of his licence and has now been recalled to prison.

Once he is located police intend to arrest him and return him to prison.

He is described as white man, approximately 5ft 11ins and of proportionate build.

He has short dark brown hair, bushy eyebrows, and clean shaven.

He has a deep voice with a Westcountry accent.

He also has a tribal tattoo on upper right arm, a brown mole on left lower cheek and a one inch scar on right eyebrow.

His clothing is unknown.

Police are appealing for anyone who has Information to come forward and assist by calling police on 101, quoting police reference EL/12/4246.
