Police stop cyclist riding on M5 hard shoulder between Cullompton and Tiverton
A cyclist has been stopped by police riding the wrong way down the hard shoulder of the M5 today.
Devon and Cornwall Police were made aware of the rider at 7am this morning.

The cyclist is believed to have been stopped on the northbound lane between junction 28 at Cullompton and junction 27.
