A TIVERTON man has been warned by police to stop growing cannabis in his back garden.
Police raided a property on Park Street and found and seized three plants.
PC Saren Isaac said: "He was issued with a cannabis warning because he didn't have any previous drug offences.
"But things like this won't be tolerated. All drugs will be seized and people will be dealt with accordingly."

A total of five officers forced entry to the property in an alleyway leading from Fore Street to the rear of the Tivoli Cinema, where two people were detained.
Sergeant Jane Alford-Mole said that inquiries were continuing and she asked anyone with information about supply or misuse of drugs to contact them on 101 or anonymously on Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
