Post boxes smashed and emptied in overnight Kentisbury thefts
Four post boxes have been smashed and broken into in the Kentisbury area.
Police said four Royal Mail post boxes were smashed and emptied between 6pm on Wednesday night and 1.15am on Thursday morning.
The post boxes broken into were located at Berry Down, along the B3229 at Easter Close Cross junction, at Porte Cross in Kentisbury and outside the Old Station Inn at Blackmoor Gate.
Officers said all four of the small Royal Mail boxes were on posts and were uprooted before being smashed and emptied by the offenders.
