A POPULAR clifftop pub is on the market for almost half a million pounds.
We revealed last week that The Eddystone Inn, at Heybrook Bay, is one of 20 pubs being put on the market after the collapse of the Pubs 'n' Bars company.
Now it's been revealed that property advisors Christie & Co have valued the freehold at £495,000.
The pub remains open for business as usual.
