Rainford wants to build on Hartpury College draw at Dings
The Cornish All Blacks take a virtually unaltered side to Bristol tomorrow (2.30pm) to take on Dings Crusaders in the fourth match of their National Two South campaign.
Their one change is on the left wing, where Liam Yeo keeps his place, with Luke Tidball ruled out with a niggling shoulder injury.

Dings at home are always a tough proposition, and to judge them on their league position this early in the season does not give a true idea of their standard.

They currently lie second-from-bottom in the 15-strong table, with the All Blacks tenth. They have lost two of their three games narrowly, both of them away, 18-16 at Taunton last week and 25-19 at Southend.
At home, they beat Clifton 24-14.
The All Backs have not fared much better and have yet to record a win. That said, they have been running in tries from all over the place and, if they can raise their defensive play to the level of their attacking game, they should really be in business.
Head coach Spike Rainford said: "We lost by just a couple of points up there last season, but they are very difficult opponents.
"They like to compete at the breakdown and the rucks and they are hard to beat.
"Our draw last week with Hartpury College was a small step in the right direction. We need another step like that this week.
"We've scored ten tries in three games, so our attacking is obviously good, but we must bring our defensive game up on a par with that, and then we'll achieve what we want.
"However, [tomorrow] what we have to ensure first is that we compete at the breakdown, match them, and beat them. We've got to do that."
