Reasons to be cheerful at the hall
A UNIQUE festival at Dartington Hall is aiming to answer the ultimate question in life: "What makes us happy?"
Through a unique mix of debate, music, comedy, film and spoken word, the Interrogate! Happiness Festival will take place over the weekend of the October 13 and 14, presented by the Dartington Hall Trust, a pioneering charity addressing some of the significant issues of our time.
Dartington has partnered with Action for Happiness to deliver a programme of events, activities and performances by and for people who want to make the world a happier place.
Celia Atherton, director of Social Justice at the Dartington Hall Trust, said: "Interrogate! Happiness Festival isn't your run of the mill festival. We have entertainment, great food and drink and an incredible atmosphere in abundance, while also examining an issue which is hugely important to every single one of us – happiness."

Laughter Bootcamp — Workshop
Join Joe Hoare to learn how to laugh more for your health, wealth and happiness. No previous experience of yoga or laughter required.
Full day or weekend tickets are available from £22 and it is also possible to book individual sessions to build a pick and mix programme. Those who wish to stay at Dartington have the choice of either basic accommodation on site or B&B in Dartington's refurbished 14th century courtyard.
