ENJOY some more ups and downs with funny fella John Bishop, pictured left.

The popular Scouser brings his Rollercoaster tour to Plymouth Pavilions on September 18 and 19, following his sell-out show last spring.

It's been more highs than lows for Bishop in the last 12 months. He has played to over 400,000 fans in a nationwide sell-out tour, had the fastest-selling stand-up DVD of all time and had audiences of 6.5m for his BBC One show, John Bishop's Britain.

Meanwhile rising star Rhys Darby, pictured right, is heading our way On July 7 in his first UK tour, This Way To Spaceship.

The Kiwi comedian and actor's biggest exposure has been in the HBO series Flight of the Conchords (as Murray) and playing the boss of Jim Carrey's character in the 2008 film Yes Man, plus as Angus 'The Nut' in the 2009 pirate radio station comedy drama The Boat That Rocked.

The stand-up show accompanies Rhys first novel, This Way to Spaceship, "a handy autobiographical end-of-world companion". It's going to a bumpy ride.

To book tickets for either show contact the Pavilions box office on 0845 146 1460 or go to www.plymouthpavilions.com.
