Reports of first winter snow in the region
The Westcountry weather gods seem to have started the Christmas celebrations a bit early this year with the first snowfall of the autumn and winter reported in several places.
Bath, Somerset have seen the biggest amounts of snow, but the Met Office also reported 'heavy snow' in places on higher ground in Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and Devon.

According to reports, light snowfall has been seen on the hilltops outside Okehampton, just North of Dartmoor National Park.
